No astrology today, just a poem in honor of all those living far away from me, in my home country of the USA and all those many others everywhere who i might not even know but might themselves be needing a reminder that YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

When you are in need of filling your cup my friend
Open the door, step over the threshold and close it gently behind you.
Look up into the sky and breathe
in the spaciousness you find there. Breathe it right into your heart.
I'm somewhere in the world, breathing out love.
I trust it will find it's way to you.
Now it's your turn...
Breathe out your love
really put your heart into it. Offer it
to your loves, to friends, to trees, to delicate flowers
babies,
puppies,
that sweet frog, who can take it in through its very skin.
Breathe it all out - all the love your breath can hold.
Notice how though your lungs are straining, your heart is nowhere close to empty.
Know it will go where it is needed.
Now breathe in again.
Remember
who is breathing out for you. Millions of lives
who don't know how to begin nor what to do
And yet...
And yet their bodies know to breathe. Their hearts know to love. Trust in this, and the wide open sky
And your own willingness...
Can you feel it?
Something a bit like wonder, a bit like gratitude? A tiny flame
fanned by all this breath.
